All school are good schools.

Hello people! Finally, I am back to update my blog! Previously, was fully occupied with school work, family and external commitments.

As the title has suggested the topic that I am going to discuss on, I will go straight to the point.

Often, we hear sweeping remarks or statements made by some people that this school is bad, the students in there are playful,  they are never going to make it and so on. I am going to give my view on this topic.

Today, I was approached by a stranger and the question from him was, "Is *** a good school ah?". I was rather taken aback by what some may think of schools and courses that takes in students of high-cut off points.

My two cents on this topic is that every school is a good school - I believe most of us are aware of this by now. There would always be top and well-reputable institutions/schools established in every country. But does enrolling to a less reputable school allows others to see you as a lousy or less bright student? The answer is certainly NO.

There will always be students that are equipped with higher IQ and clearly are brighter students than others. This is a fact that we have to realize and accept it by now. I know many of us are aware of this fact, but we have to constantly remind ourselves of it, so as to prevent ourselves from making hurting statements on other students who may not be that academically-inclined. Because just academics grades alone can never define how smart a person is.

And every child is equipped with different strengths, talents and capabilities. Some may have great talent in the arts and music sectors. While some may be great mathematicians and excellent scientists. Everyone has their own area of strengths which allows them to be different and unique from one another. It is important to note and remember that everyone will be a valuable asset to the society in our very own ways. And it is just a matter of time.

On this note, to people whom may have received before such hurting statements or remarks by others – do not let their words to either bring you down or define you. It is clear that your hard work and your positive attitude towards learning are going to be the determining factors that will ultimately bring you to success at your best.
